Do convention tickets cover entry to the concert as well?
You will need to buy concert tickets separately.

I’m a parent who wants to bring my child to the convention. How much does this cost?
Children under 13 can enter the venue free of charge along with a paying adult.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The convention and concerts are all ages events, although children?under 13 should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Train: Get off at Melbourne Central Station, and exit onto La Trobe St. Walk right, then turn left at Swanston Street. The Arrow on Swanston is about 500 metres down the road.

Tram: Take one of the following services 1, 3, 3a, 5, 6, 8, 16, 64, 67, 72 to the Victoria St/Swanston St stop. The Arrow on Swanston is on Swanston Street in the opposite direction of the CBD and RMIT University.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. It will be used to scan for entry.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
Not a problem!

Is alcohol consumption allowed?
Alcohol is prohibited at any time during the convention or concert.
